Erica, founder of Etheria Holistics

Born and raised in Sweden, I moved to London in 2002 where I worked as a hairdresser while nurturing a deep passion for health and fitness. In 2020, during lockdown, I faced health challenges that opened my eyes to the limitations of modern medicine — especially after a misdiagnosis that intensified my journey of self-discovery. It was during this time I discovered breathwork, which helped strengthen my intuition and guided me towards holistic healing.

In 2021, my curiosity was sparked by a documentary on ancient Egypt, leading me to the profound plant known as Blue Lotus. I became inspired to create Etheria Holistics — a business dedicated to sharing this special medicine. My mission is to help others discover the power of natural healing through high quality herbal products and other holistic practices.

I am now a certified Holosomatic Breathwork facilitator, further deepening my commitment to holistic health. I believe in nature over synthetic, intuition over instruction, and the quiet intelligence of the earth. These products are made with that belief at every step.

When I'm not immersed in the world of herbs and plant medicine, I return to my roots as a hairdresser — working from my private studio at Mornington Crescent, London, where the apothecary lives too.
