Processing Times

• Orders placed before 1 p.m. Monday-Friday are often shipped the same day, though this is not guaranteed.
• Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared, especially during high-order volumes.

• We use biodegradable or recyclable packaging whenever possible.

UK Shipping Options
• Tracked48 (2-3 Business Days): £2.99.
• Tracked24 (1-2 Business Days): £3.99.
• FREE Shipping: On orders over £40.
• Wholesale orders (1KG and above) have a 2-10 day processing time, depending on stock.

International Shipping
• Europe: Tracked & Signed, 3-7 business days.
• Rest of the World: Tracked & Signed, 5-10 business days.

From 1 July 2026, a customs duty applies to parcels entering the European Union from outside the EU. For orders shipped to EU countries, this duty is included in our EU shipping rate. While we cover this cost on your behalf, please note that customs authorities in individual EU countries may occasionally request additional documentation or charges outside of our control.
