Asian Blue Lotus brings its signature calm euphoria and gentle uplift. Peppermint adds a cool, bright clarity that opens the airways and sharpens the senses. Mullein — one of the most traditionally valued herbs for lung health — provides a smooth, clean base that makes this blend a genuine pleasure to smoke or steep.

How to use:
As a tea: Add 1–2 teaspoons (approx. 1.5–3g) to a teabag and steep in hot (not boiling) water for 5–10 minutes. Add honey to taste. Beautiful enjoyed before or during breathwork or meditation. We recommend always using a teabag rather than a loose infuser — mullein can have fine fibres that are best filtered before drinking. We sell 100 compostable teabags for £3.99 if you need them.
