How to use:
As a tea: Add 1–2 teaspoons (approx. 1.5–3g) to a teabag and steep in hot (not boiling) water for 5–10 minutes. Add honey to taste. Can also be blended into warm drinks or added to wine for a ceremonial experience. We recommend always using a teabag rather than a loose infuser — mullein can have fine fibres that are best filtered before drinking. We sell 100 compostable teabags for £3.99 if you need them.
